The North Shore Senior Center offers help with Federal and State tax returns each filing season. Trained volunteers are available to help. Volunteers work on an appointment basis at the Center or, if needed, in client’ s homes and will prepare returns, offer help, or just check the client’s work. Clients are asked to bring a copy of their previous year returns and all of the documents reporting income for the current tax year. The service starts approximately the first of February each year.
